Crow's Fashion Boutique has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at CrowsFashionBoutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted by Crow's Fashion Boutique, we’ll provide you where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Though we do provide free shipping, we do not provide free return shipping on any purchase. The return shipping will be at your cost. Shipping

Crow's Fashion Boutique will always strive to bring you the best. Once your order is placed it will take up an average processing time 1-3 business days, but it varies by product and the stock status. For some products or for larger-quantity orders, the processing time may be up to 5 business days. After process is completed, your order is handed over for delivery and you will be notified of tracking information. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Delivery times can take up to 5-10 business days.
